Voice is becoming a biomarker for cognition.

The way a person speaks, the timing, the fluency, the word choice, carries measurable information about cognitive state. More than ten peer-reviewed studies now treat voice as a digital biomarker, including work published in Nature Digital Medicine.

Voice is one of five streams our platform captures in a single session. On its own it is a signal. Combined with gaze, facial expression, balance and neurocognitive performance, it becomes part of a fuller picture.

Reading those streams together, rather than scoring any one in isolation, is the core of how the platform is designed to work.
